To amplify our efforts and community, Nurse Approved founded the first and only membership organization for nurse innovators, SONSIEL. To grow future leadership capacity Nurse Approved partnered  with Johnson and Johnson and the Center for Creative Leadership to create the world's first fellowship for nurse innovation.
